Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven, customer-focused Sales Representative to assist customers both in-store and over the phone with locating and purchasing used automotive parts. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong multitasking skills, clear communication, and a willingness to learn. You'll work with a diverse customer base—including repair shops, salvage dealers, and the general public—and coordinate with our yard team to fulfill orders. Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do:

Answer customer calls, messages, and in-person inquiries Provide accurate price quotes Enter sales into our yard management software Coordinate with yard staff on parts pulling and delivery Place orders from partnering yards when needed Follow up on quotes and previous sales to ensure customer satisfaction Assist customers at the counter and handle payments (in person + online) Process returns and credit customers when necessary Walk the yard occasionally and assist with verifying parts

What We're Looking For:

Required Strong computer proficiency Excellent customer service + communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated Willingness to learn Sales experience (inside sales especially) Automotive knowledge / familiarity with parts terminology Preferred Experience in the auto salvage or used parts industry Bilingual (Spanish) Don't meet every preferred qualification? Compensation & Growth:

Base/Starting pay — approx. $20/hr

• 25/hr After 3 months— Transition to rewarding commission structure w/minimum draw.
