This is a high-impact role focused on building relationships, developing new business, and growing existing accounts across a broad portfolio of HVAC parts, products, and services. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales through proactive outreach and consistent follow-up. This role requires strong communication skills, discipline, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. HVAC parts experience is preferred but not required — strong sales experience and the right attitude are what matter most. What You'll Do Grow new and existing customer accounts through outreach and relationship-building Conduct high-volume prospecting (120+ calls per week) and manage your pipeline in CRM Deliver product solutions and presentations to customers and vendors Process orders, resolve issues, and ensure strong customer experience Collaborate with the team to drive overall sales growth What We're Looking For Proven sales experience Strong prospecting and communication skills Coachable, motivated, and competitive mindset Comfortable with high outbound activity What We Offer $60,000+ base salary 401(k) with match Health, dental, vision, and life insurance
