Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, delivering exceptional customer experiences while actively driving sales growth. Your enthusiasm for building relationships, combined with your sales expertise, will help expand our business footprint and foster long-term client loyalty. Duties Engage with potential and existing customers through marketing, events and instore Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase our offerings effectively, highlighting features that meet customer needs. Manage accounts proactively by nurturing relationships, upselling products or services, and esuring customers satisfaction through excellent service. Participation in business plans for territory sales growth by analyzing market trends and customer feedback. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns and support business development initiatives that increase market shares. Provide ongoing customer support by resolving issues promptly and maintaining high levels of customer service excellence. Experience Proven experience in outside sales or B2B (business-to-business) sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong background work history Demonstrated ability in negotiation, product demonstrations, and upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively handle customer inquiries. Experience in retail sales or technical sales is a plus; familiarity with marketing strategies and analysis skills will enhance success in this role. Ability to work independently as well as part of team in a fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and proactive problem-solving.
