This role is a mix of retail sales, client experience, embroidery/personalization, and helping bring a unique lifestyle concept to life. If you love fashion, styling, hospitality, personalization, events, and creating memorable customer experiences, we'd love to meet you.

What We're Looking For:

Strong people and communication skills Retail or sales experience preferred (boutique/luxury experience is a plus) Someone confident, proactive, and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Creative eye and social media savvy is a plus Embroidery experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person

What You'll Do:

Assist customers with shopping and custom embroidery orders Operate embroidery equipment and personalization services Drive sales and create repeat clientele Help maintain the visual presentation of the store Support pop-ups, workshops, and in-store events Represent the brand with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
