Scope of Work:
The individual in this role will provide coverage throughout the Branch network while being proficient in processing transactions, including new account opening, customer service interactions, and problem resolution. The individual will be knowledgeable in our company's products and services to effectively meet the customer's needs and provide a superior level of customer service. This position may oversee daily branch responsibilities in the absence of management. Essential Functions (3): Sales- Responsible for the sale and service of all deposit and consumer loan products and provides qualified referrals to other business lines. 1-2 years of related experience in financial services Experience in a professional, service focused and fast-paced environmentDesired Education:
High school orGeneral Education Diploma Working Conditions & Minimum Physical Requirements:
Physical surroundings are generally pleasant and comfortable with minimal exposure to injury or other hazards Frequent travel to all branch locations required to provide coverage as needed Flexibility of scheduling required to accommodate branch coverage needs Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer and other office equipment Lifting and moving of moderately heavy objects on occasion External and internal applicants, as well as position incumbents who become disable as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act, or Maine/New Hampshire Human Rights Commissions, must be able to perform the essential job functions (as listed) either unaided or with the assistance of a reasonable accommodation to be determined by management on a case-by-case basis.
