Scope of Work:

The individual in this role will provide coverage throughout the Branch network while being proficient in processing transactions, including new account opening, customer service interactions, and problem resolution. The individual will be knowledgeable in our company's products and services to effectively meet the customer's needs and provide a superior level of customer service. This position may oversee daily branch responsibilities in the absence of management. Essential Functions (3): Sales

• Responsible for the sale and service of all deposit and consumer loan products and provides qualified referrals to other business lines. Meets assigned sales and referral goals. Customer Experience
• Displays the following attributes: friendly, outgoing, projects a positive image, professional, courteous, and is respectful to customers. Responsible for resolving problems quickly and efficiently. Team Support
• Provides support and assistance to other branch staff by maintaining proficiency with technology, policies and procedures in order to process a variety of transactions accurately and efficiently.

Such transactions may include deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, verifying incoming/outgoing cash, and daily balancing of cash drawer/vaults. This individual may oversee daily branch responsibilities in the absence of management, including opening and closing the branch.

Desired Job Experience:

1-2 years of related experience in financial services Experience in a professional, service focused and fast-paced environment

High school or

General Education Diploma Working Conditions & Minimum Physical Requirements:
