Job Description
Sales Support Specialist PrideStaff is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join a premier automotive brokerage group in Watchung, NJ. This role is designed to support the sales team immediately after a vehicle has been sold, ensuring a smooth, organized, and high-quality experience for both clients and dealer partners. The Sales Support Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining communication, managing complex follow-up tasks, and coordinating logistics from the moment of sale through vehicle delivery.

Full-time, In-person.Key Responsibilities Post-Sale Coordination:
Assist the sales team by contacting clients post-sale to confirm details, provide insurance updates, and guide them through next steps using established scripts.Dealer Relations:
Provide timely communication with partner dealerships to track paperwork, vehicle availability, and delivery timelines.Account Management:
Manage and develop existing accounts through effective strategies to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention.CRM Discipline:
Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, customer interactions, and critical follow-up tasks.Revenue Enhancement:
Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services during customer interactions.Client Advocacy:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.The Ideal Candidate Highly Organized:
Possesses strong executive function skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts without missing a step.Tech-Savvy:
Proficient with computers, email, and scheduling tools; must be able to learn CRM and database systems quickly.Proactive Problem Solver:
