•75,000 per year Turn Your Drive into a Career Last Frontier Mediactive, LLC is looking for an energetic, motivated Account Executive to join our Anchorage sales team. We represent 10 local radio stations across Alaska, including two top radio stations in Anchorage , giving our Account Executives the opportunity to help local businesses grow through radio advertising, promotions, sponsorships, digital opportunities, and creative marketing campaigns. If you're competitive, self-motivated, comfortable meeting new people, and interested in a career where your success can directly impact your income, we want to hear from you. Previous media sales experience is helpful, but not required. We're looking for the right person with the drive, communication skills, and willingness to learn. What You'll Do As an Account Executive, you'll develop relationships with local businesses and help clients create effective advertising and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

Prospecting and developing new business relationships Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients Presenting, negotiating, and closing advertising and promotional opportunities Developing creative marketing ideas and promotions for clients Preparing sales presentations and proposals Working with clients to develop advertising campaigns that fit their goals and budgets Providing outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale Following up with clients and identifying opportunities for continued growth Assisting with the collection of client invoices Creating professional presentations and sales materials using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Working with our programming, promotions, and production teams to execute client campaigns What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: A strong work ethic and self-motivated attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation and interpersonal skills The confidence to prospect and develop new business The ability to think on your feet and overcome objections Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint The ability to work independently while also contributing to a team A commitment to providing excellent client service Previous sales or media experience is a plus, but not required .
