Responsibilities Grow the agency through new business acquisition while cross-selling within the existing book of business Develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, and warm follow-ups Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and customer records in the agency system Meet weekly and monthly sales and service goals Round out existing customer accounts by identifying coverage gaps and cross-selling during reviews Qualifications No prior experience required — we will train you Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude Comfortable balancing sales goals with day-to-day customer service Benefits 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Health insurance Life insurance Disability insurance Paid time off (vacation, sick, and personal days) Paid company holidays Clear career advancement paths Company events, contests, and team lunches Pay range: $50,000
