Education Requirements Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related experience preferred, OR Associate degree with 2+ years of experience, OR Equivalent combination of training and experience Experience Requirements Minimum 3 years of sales and/or customer service experience Experience working with K-12 school districts highly preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to travel regularly throughout assigned territory Job Duties Generate new business and secure project contracts within assigned territory Develop and maintain relationships with school district decision-makers and stakeholders Promote products and conduct demonstrations for customers and prospects Manage customer relationships throughout project installation and completion Gather site information and photographs for proposal and quote development Prepare weekly sales and bid activity reports Maintain detailed knowledge of products, equipment, and industry requirements Support marketing and sales initiatives Assist with collections related to customer accounts Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support Physical Capabilities Frequent sitting, standing, talking, and computer use Occasional walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally Ability to travel regularly within assigned sales territory Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.

What You Will Do As a Education Sales Executive you will assist customers, identify their needs, explain products or services, recommend appropriate solutions, answer questions, process orders or transactions, maintain accurate customer information, follow up on sales opportunities, and work with team members to achieve customer service and sales goals while representing the organization professionally. Secure project contracts in line with sales and profit obligations Maintain relationship with owner/customer/user throughout the installation period to assure maximum coordination. Develop/maintain relationships with relevant personnel and school district decision makers. Collect/prepare site information/photographs and submit to Engineering for sales quote execution. Prepare weekly sales and bid reports. Acquire/maintain thorough knowledge of all relevant equipment and systems. Perform demonstrations of all products within the Education Sales Executive's market. Assist in the collection of money as a result of Education Sales Executive's sales. Perform other duties that may be assigned.
