Job Description

Position Summary The Inside Sales Executive at Navi Title Agency serves as the operational support partner to the Director of Inside Sales by helping maintain strong relationships with JV partners and house accounts. This role is responsible for keeping sales operations organized, ensuring timely follow-up and communication, maintaining accurate CRM records, and supporting reporting and partner engagement initiatives that help drive business growth and retention. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all JV partners and house accounts. Support the Director of Inside Sales by managing touchpoint schedules, outreach preparation, meeting coordination, and follow-up tracking. Pull and distribute weekly capture rate reports, identifying trends or accounts falling below target goals. Prepare materials and summaries for JV partner review meetings, including production reports, open action items, and account updates. Assist with onboarding new JV partners, including documentation, CRM setup, welcome materials, and activation support. Manage calendars, scheduling, and logistics for partner meetings and internal sales activities. Build and maintain monthly JV and House Account performance dashboards for leadership review. Cross-train with other Sales Support Coordinators to ensure department coverage and continuity. Maintain professionalism and responsiveness in all communications with partners, clients, and internal teams. Qualifications Previous experience in sales support, administrative coordination, operations, or customer service preferred. Experience within title, escrow, mortgage, or real estate industries preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency with CRM systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and strong follow-through. Ability to work independently, stay proactive, and manage tasks without constant direction. Positive, professional demeanor with a team-oriented mindset. How Success is Measured Maintain a high level of CRM accuracy through timely and complete account updates. Ensure weekly capture rate reports are consistently delivered on schedule. Complete and submit monthly JV and House Account Performance Dashboards in atimely manner. Maintain strong follow-through with no missed or overdue partner action items. Consistently execute partner touchpoint cadence and account follow-up expectations. Work Environment This role is based primarily out of Navi Title Agency's 75th Avenue Office and may require occasional travel between offices or attendance at partner meetings and company events. $55,000/annually plus car & phone allowances; variable commission plan based on growth and retention
