This role focuses on building strong relationships, executing sales strategies, and expanding Kiara Sky's market presence both domestically and internationally. Responsibilities Identify and secure new retail partners (in-store and online). Develop and manage relationships with international distributors. Conduct sales presentations, product training, and account onboarding. Analyze retail and distributor performance and implement growth strategies. Manage pricing, agreements, and sales targets across global markets. Coordinate with marketing on launches, promotions, and merchandising support. Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reporting. Attend trade shows, industry events, and distributor meetings as needed. Qualifications 3-5+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience (beauty, cosmetics, or CPG preferred). Experience working with retail buyers or international distributors. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to travel domestically and internationally. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Experience with CRM tools Preferred Skills Knowledge of professional nail or salon industry. Experience in both B2B and B2C channels. Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Bonus:
