About Us We are a full-service HVAC, building automation, chiller, and retrofit contractor with a reputation for combining high-quality consulting services with customized energy solutions. Our integrated, single-source solutions include turnkey in-house capabilities with design assistance, as well as engineering applications and automated control systems. Job Summary As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for the company. The candidate is to focus his/her efforts on selling clients the complete EMCOR Service operations, maintenance, repair, replacement, and energy solution package. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Establishing relationships with prospective clients.
- Seeking out and researching prospective projects through various methods (e.g., phone calls, visits, attending conferences, utilizing the Internet, leveraging existing relationships). Contacting prospective client Chief Engineer, Account Managers and Property Managers to introduce yourself and develop future relationships.
- Working with the Director of Business Development, Project Managers and Engineering Supervisors in constantly reviewing and improving account programs to meet targeted objectives.
- Managing through analysis and solution-based programs to maximize sales growth, volume and profitability.
- Preparing and delivering client presentations.
- Develop, write, and review client proposal documents including financial and technical sections, using EMCOR Service/Mesa Energy Systems standard template and pricing models.
- Collaborate with Engineers to ensure our offerings meet system requirements.
- Developing sales at defined margin levels to attain market share. Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or business administration is preferred.
- 10+ years' sales experience in HVAC commercial service and/or building automation.
- Relevant technical experience in a Facilities Management or Operations and Maintenance environment.
- Strong customer presentation skills and demonstrated sales aptitude.
- Financial acumen, inclusive of cost modeling for sales proposals.
- Experience in developing technical and cost proposals.
- Independent decision-making is required.
- Computer skills using MS Office required.
Geographic Disclosure Compensation Range:
$130,000 - $170,000 per yearBenefits:
