Job description A luxury fine jewelry PR agency specializing in VIP placements and press office services, is seeking an experienced Junior Public Relations Account Executive to join its Beverly Hills showroom. This role is ideal for someone who already has established relationships within the luxury jewelry and celebrity styling world and can confidently manage client accounts and press outreach with minimal training. The ideal candidate is personable, polished, trustworthy, and comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage assigned client accounts and maintain strong client relationships Conduct outreach to celebrity stylists, editors, and luxury media contacts Coordinate VIP and celebrity jewelry placements Send media alerts and manage press outreach Coordinate sample trafficking and showroom activity Prepare coverage reports and track press placements Work closely with the Head of Operations and Showroom Manager Draft and manage professional client and media communications Profile
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of Public Relations experience with fine jewelry or accessories experience required Established relationships with celebrity stylists and luxury media contacts Proven experience securing celebrity placements and working within the fine jewelry PR space Must already understand the industry and be able to step into the role with minimal training Strong client management and communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Personable, confident, and comfortable picking up the phone and building relationships Highly organized, trustworthy, honest, caring, and sound in judgment Collaborative team player who thrives in a busy, creative showroom environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Must be available to work in office Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM Apply Now
