By establishing and maintaining relationships with hospitals affiliates, clinics, care facilities, and in the healthcare community in general, you will promote excellent outcomes for our patients and strategic partners.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

Employs marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections. Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources. Assists members of the marketing team as needed. Provides assistance in strategic planning including identifying opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs. Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of Archer Health markets including government agencies, major payer groups, and key referral sources. Maintains comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing and shares information with appropriate organization personnel. Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of community resources and assists customers in accessing community resources should services not be provided by Archer Health. Monitors and reports costeffectiveness of marketing efforts.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE QUALIFICATIONS

Determined, collaborative, dedicated personality a must! 23 years experiences in sales/marketing and healthcare related fields. 12 years of experience in marketing/sales in Hospice, Home Health, Pharmaceutical, Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, or other healthcare sales experience Great communication skills and ability to work independently Relatable with great interpersonal skills Fluent in Spanish a plus Must have a valid CA driver license and insurance along with reliable means of transportation
