A minimum of two (2) years of experience in working capital sales is required , as this is a critical component of the role. The Account Executive will educate prospective clients on available funding programs, guide them through the financing process, and drive revenue growth by consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Minimum of two (2) years of experience selling or advising on working capital solutions is required. Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of business financing products, funding structures, and the small business lending process. Educate and advise prospective clients on working capital programs, loan structures, pricing, and funding options while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, including applications submitted, funded deals, revenue generation, and gross margin objectives. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead activity, deal submissions, funding volume, and production metrics. Proactively follow up with inbound and outbound leads, building strong relationships and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities. Evaluate client financing needs and structure customized funding solutions that align with business goals and lender qualifications. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of lending partners, underwriting requirements, and product offerings to effectively match clients with appropriate funding options. Collaborate with team members by sharing industry knowledge, best practices, and sales strategies that contribute to overall team success. Accurately manage client interactions, pipeline activity, and deal progress using Salesforce, RingCentral, Heymarket, ZoomInfo, and other company systems. Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment while effectively managing multiple opportunities and maintaining attention to detail throughout the funding process. Maintain compliance with company policies, lending guidelines, and documentation requirements while ensuring a seamless funding experience for clients. Requirements Proven experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles with strong phone communication skills Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook for data entry and documentation Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual capabilities are a plus Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address customer concerns efficiently Technical proficiency with computer systems, typing speed, and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is preferred Prior experience in outbound calling, cash handling, or client services will be advantageous Minimum Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years of experience selling working capital or alternative business financing solutions is required. Demonstrated knowledge of working capital products, business lending structures, underwriting considerations, and pricing strategies. Proven ability to build rapport, establish trust, and effectively communicate with business owners and decision-makers. Highly motivated, goal-oriented sales professional with a strong work ethic and a track record of achieving performance targets. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and results-driven environment while managing multiple opportunities simultaneously. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a consultative sales approach. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate financing solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Experience utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) platforms to manage pipelines, track activity, and maintain accurate records; Salesforce experience is preferred. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow processes in a high-volume sales environment.
