Compensation A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges from $52,000 to $197,000 annually , including base salary, commission, and bonus. This range reflects factors such as experience, performance, skill set, and business needs.

About the Role We're looking for a driven, results-oriented Account Executive to lead new business development within the healthcare sector. This is a true outside sales role focused on building your own book of business , managing a territory, and closing new accounts. This position will be focused on the Los Angeles Territory. What You'll Do Generate new business through in-person prospecting, networking, and outreach Identify and develop qualified prospects within your assigned territory Schedule meetings and deliver compelling sales presentations Consult with healthcare providers to assess needs and recommend tailored solutions Close new business and execute service agreements Maintain strong pipeline management and territory organization Target Customers You'll focus on a variety of healthcare facilities, including: Surgery centers Skilled nursing facilities Private practices Medical clinics What We're Looking For Outside B2B sales experience (required) Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business Strong presentation and communication skills Professional presence and high level of organization Customer-focused mindset with a drive to win Comfortable working independently in a territory-based role College degree preferred (or equivalent sales experience) Basic computer proficiency Schedule Full-time Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts Why Medico?
