What You'll Do Act as a

Trusted Advisor:

Move beyond a vendor mindset to become an indispensable strategic partner, influencing how enterprise brands build and optimize their teams.

Drive Strategic Growth:

Own and scale top-tier accounts, focusing on high-impact growth, revenue generation, and exceptional client satisfaction.

Innovate with

Technology:

Leverage modern tools, data analytics, and AI to streamline processes, enhance client solutions, and stay ahead of market trends.

Build Lasting Relationships:

Forge strong, long-term connections with senior leaders across Marketing, Creative, HR, and Procurement, understanding their evolving needs.

Proactively Solve Problems:

Anticipate client challenges and bottlenecks, developing preventative solutions before issues arise by constantly monitoring account health, team structures, and market shifts.

Architect Custom Solutions:

Dig deep into operational data and ask critical questions to design tailored, tech-enabled workforce and creative solutions, moving beyond 'cookie-cutter' approaches.

Remove Obstacles:

Drive momentum by actively identifying and resolving internal and external friction points, utilizing AI and automation to streamline workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional partners (Legal, Operations, Recruiting) to clear paths forward.

Champion Future Growth:

Treat every client account as an evolving ecosystem, proactively introducing new ideas, market trends, and AI-driven capabilities to senior leaders to foster continuous innovation.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally:

Work seamlessly with internal teams (Recruiting, Product, Operations) to deliver integrated and exceptional results for clients.

What You'll Bring Must-Have Qualifications:

5 years of experience in consultative sales, business development, or account management.

Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise corporate structures, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and procurement processes effectively.

Strong analytical skills, capable of using data and financial metrics to inform decisions, tell compelling stories, and solve intricate problems.

A collaborative mindset, with a track record of successfully bringing together cross-functional teams (e.g., Recruiting, Product, Operations) to achieve outstanding client outcomes.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

Experience in staffing, digital/creative services, or professional services.
