Job Summary We are seeking a motivated bilingual Sales Executive for a direct hire opportunity in Chino, CA. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional who enjoys building new business, managing customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue through strategic outreach and account development. The Sales Executive will work in a collaborative, customer-focused environment with supportive leadership, positive teamwork, and opportunities to strengthen business development skills. Key Responsibilities
- Identify new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Conduct product and service presentations tailored to client needs and prospective customer goals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements while supporting customer satisfaction and company objectives.
- Manage existing accounts, strengthen client relationships, and identify upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Track sales activity, meet or exceed sales quotas, prepare performance reports, and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Required Qualifications and Skills

- Present products or services to customers and negotiate agreements.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and support revenue growth goals.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales or account management experience.
- Experience in wholesale sales required.
- Bilingual in Chinese or Spanish is required.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet-based applications.
- Ability to travel frequently for business.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of e-commerce sales in the auto parts industry.
- Familiarity with ERP or SAP systems.
- Experience attending industry events, trade shows, or conferences to generate leads and build brand visibility. Required Qualifications and Skills
