Monday to Friday as required, nights and weekends as needed
Salary Range:
$43,000-$50,000 (salary commensurate with experience- competitive commission and overtime benefits)

The Inland Empire 66ers, Class-A Advanced affiliate of the Seattle Mariners and a member of Diamond Baseball Holdings, are seeking an Account Executive to join our Ticket Sales department. Within this Account Executive role, you will be primarily responsible for selling group tickets and season tickets, but will have the flexibility to sell an array of products. We are seeking a professional, self-motivated, positive individual who is passionate about a career in sports and sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Represent the organization with the utmost professionalism in the community Generate new business by prospecting, cold calling, appointments, stadium tours, and attending networking/community events Sell/Renew all group, hospitality, and season ticket members Work closely with sales and marketing departments to develop compelling sales programs and components focused on long-term business sustainability Maintain a database of contacts and sales progression using DBH 360 Meet and/or exceed personal sales goals Meet and/or exceed daily and weekly outbound call/appointment minimums Contribute to overall operation by "answering the call" when assistance is needed in another area of our operation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of 6 months of related experience, with a track record of exceeding sales goals Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and building quality relationships, preferably within the sports industry Have a friendly and professional telephone manner Strong desire to learn about our business and grow your professional career Ability to effectively express ideas verbally and in writing Possess a positive attitude Maintain a flexible work schedule Other duties as assigned We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
