Our team of carefully vetted home damage mitigation professionals are extremely responsive, experts in water and flood damage, and give homeowners peace of mind while getting back to normal fast. Because of our quality standards, we are the preferred choice for referral partners who are committed to building long-term relationships with the homeowners they serve. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, learning sales and account management, attending networking events, and supporting a growing book of referral partners. What You'll Do, Key Outcomes Support the growth of new business from referral partners Help maintain strong relationships with existing referral accounts Provide exceptional service to referral partners through our core values of Responsiveness, Integrity, Care and Respect, and Planning Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly lead growth goals Learn the restoration, flood, fire, and referral partner industries Important Actions Build and support referral partner relationships Attend marketing events, networking events, and partner meetings Learn where potential partners are currently referring flood and fire losses Help identify pain points partners may have with their existing referral relationships Follow up with referral partners consistently and professionally Meet with existing partners regularly to strengthen relationships Learn partner business goals, challenges, and referral trends Help identify where our service partner team is excelling and where improvement may be needed Communicate closely with internal team members and service providers to help maintain high-quality service levels Track activity, partner feedback, and lead opportunities Who We Are We are proud to be a small business focused on serving our partners, customers, and team members.
