Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our Team in Temecula, CA. This role is ideal for a sales-minded professional who enjoys building client relationships, recruiting qualified talent, and creating successful staffing matches that support both customer needs and candidate career goals. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and grow client relationships through proactive outreach, needs assessment, service recommendations, and consistent follow-up.
- Recruit, interview, qualify, and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for temporary and direct hire placement opportunities.
- Match qualified candidates to open job orders, prepare accurate candidate profiles, and guide clients and candidates through the hiring process.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly activity plans to meet key performance indicators, minimum standards, and revenue goals.
- Provide timely communication and service to clients, candidates, temporary associates, and internal team members.
- Maintain accurate documentation in company systems while following established policies, processes, quality standards, and sales strategies. Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $52,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year (Base + Commission)

Temecula, CA.- Commission eligibility is tied to required client and candidate service, follow-up, and placement activity standards. Required Qualifications and Skills
- Build and expand client relationships through sales outreach, account development, and customer retention activities.
- Recruit, qualify, interview, and maintain candidate pipelines for staffing and employment opportunities.
- Manage job orders, candidate submissions, hiring process communication, and post-placement follow-up.
- Plan and execute daily business development, recruiting, and relationship management activities to achieve performance goals.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred for this Account Executive role.
- Two or more years of similar customer development, sales, recruiting, account management, or business development experience, or completion of an approved internal training program.
- Prior experience working in a commission, bonus, goal-based, or performance-driven role.
- Ability to develop client relationships, identify business needs, present services, and support staffing placements.
- Strong written, verbal, and digital communication skills with consistent grammar, spelling, and professional sentence structure.
- Ability to work productively in a team environment, independently, onsite, or remotely as business needs require.
- Strong organization, time management, follow-up, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure while managing competing deadlines, customer concerns, multiple tasks, and complex situations.
- Proficiency using the internet and basic Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to type at least 36 WPM.
- Experience navigating and documenting information in applicant tracking, sales, marketing, customer service, or similar processing systems.
- Professional judgment, emotional intelligence, adaptability, reliability, and a collaborative service mindset.
- Ability to participate in client meetings at customer locations as needed.
- Consistent recent employment history aligned with professional sales and service expectations. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, employment services, or a related business-to-business service environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, job order management, and candidate sourcing tools.
- Experience supporting both temporary staffing and direct hire placements.
- Proven success meeting sales activity goals, recruiting targets, client retention goals, or revenue expectations.
