East Daley Analytics is seeking a Vice President of Key Accounts to lead strategic revenue growth across our most important client relationships and target accounts. This is a senior, high-impact commercial role for a proven relationship builder and closer with deep experience in the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate brings an established industry network, strong knowledge of the energy data and analytics landscape, and a track record of turning relationships into revenue. This person will be highly visible in the market, leveraging their network, attending industry conferences, building executive-level relationships, and identifying growth opportunities across key accounts. Just as importantly, they must be able to drive deals across the finish line. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, externally focused sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is energized by aggressive growth goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic account growth plan for key and target accounts Expand relationships with senior decision-makers across the oil and gas industry Identify, pursue, and close new revenue opportunities within existing and prospective accounts Leverage an established network to create meetings, introductions, and commercial opportunities Represent East Daley Analytics at conferences, industry events, and client meetings Build credibility with clients by articulating the value of East Daley's data, insights, and analytics solutions Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and close Partner with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and solutions are aligned to market demand Maintain a strong pipeline and accurate revenue forecasts Serve as a voice of the market, sharing customer feedback, competitive insight, and growth opportunities with leadership
Requirements:
Qualifications 8+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry Significant experience in business development, enterprise sales, strategic accounts, or related commercial roles Strong existing network across oil and gas, energy infrastructure, trading, investment, or adjacent sectors Demonstrated understanding of the oil and gas data, analytics, market intelligence, or information services landscape Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and closing complex deals Executive presence with the ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Highly self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented Willingness to travel for conferences, client meetings, and industry events Preferred Qualifications Experience selling data, analytics, SaaS, market intelligence, or advisory solutions into the energy sector Relationships with commercial, strategy, business development, trading, or executive leaders in oil and gas Experience managing large, strategic, or multi-stakeholder accounts Familiarity with midstream, upstream, downstream, and broader energy market dynamics What Success Looks Like Builds a strong pipeline through market presence, relationships, and proactive outreach Expands East Daley's footprint within strategic accounts Consistently closes new business and drives meaningful revenue growth Strengthens East Daley's brand and visibility across the industry Becomes a trusted commercial partner to clients and an important growth leader internally Ideal Candidate Profile The right candidate is a natural connector and persuasive seller who combines industry credibility with commercial urgency. Compensation Base salary:
