Position Summary:
Due to continued growth, we are hiring two Senior Account Executives to help expand our market presence and deepen relationships within our existing client base. Unlike many sales roles, these positions include a combination of new business development and management of existing accounts. Successful candidates will inherit active customer relationships while also building their own book of business. We are open to hiring either: An experienced sales professional with 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology, IT services, cybersecurity, telecom, or a related field. A highly motivated professional with a Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field who wants to build a long-term career in technology sales. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts Prospect and develop new business opportunities throughout Central Florida Conduct cold calls, networking, referrals, email outreach, and in-person visits Meet with business owners, executives, and IT leaders to understand their technology challenges Present Managed IT, Cybersecurity, Compliance, Cloud, and Professional Services solutions Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in HubSpot CRM Collaborate with technical engineers and leadership to develop client solutions Build long-term trusted advisor relationships with customers What we are looking for: Experienced Candidate 3-5 years of B2B sales experience Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills Experience managing accounts and developing new business Proven ability to work independently and drive revenue growth Emerging Technology Professional Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in technology, cybersecurity, and business consulting Highly motivated, coachable, and eager to learn sales Preferred Qualifications MSP, IT Services, Cybersecurity, Telecom, SaaS, or Technology Sales experience Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms Familiarity with networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, compliance, or business technology solutions Comfortable making cold calls and conducting in-person business visits Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Uncapped commission plan Existing accounts provided Ongoing sales and technical training Career advancement opportunities within a growing company Mileage reimbursement and business development support Full benefits package including health, dental, life, vision and 401K Why join CNI?
