Full-Time About Pelican Containers Pelican Containers is a supplier of new and used shipping containers across the United States. We work with businesses and individuals looking for container solutions for storage, construction, logistics, and customized container projects. Our team focuses on providing reliable service, fast communication, and practical solutions for customers nationwide. Position Overview We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our Miami team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, speaking with customers, and helping clients find the right container solutions for their business or project needs. You will work closely with inbound leads, existing customers, and business clients while learning about container types, pricing, logistics, and industry applications. Responsibilities Respond to inbound sales inquiries by phone, email, and online channels Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable container options Prepare quotes and follow up with potential customers Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Coordinate with logistics and operations teams regarding container availability and delivery schedules Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system Stay informed about container inventory, pricing, and market trends Meet monthly sales and customer service goals Support repeat business and customer retention efforts Requirements Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and email Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented High school diploma or equivalent required Preferred Qualifications Experience in logistics, freight, construction, equipment, or container sales is a plus Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment What We Offer Competitive base salary plus performance incentives Paid time off Career growth opportunities Training and product knowledge support Supportive and professional work environment Schedule Full-Time Monday toFriday Work Location :
