Job Overview Looking to sell technical products to blue chip clients? We are seeking an energetic, passionate and motivated Junior Account Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the growth of our portfolio. Your enthusiasm for sales, combined with your ability to communicate effectively and analyze client needs, will help us expand our reach in the B2B (business-to-business) marketplace. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in negotiation, marketing, and technology sales within a fast-paced environment that values leadership and proactive engagement. Responsibilities Research and investigate market and potential client information to enable initial contact and marketing campaigns Engage with prospective clients through warm calling and outreach to generate new leads and foster relationships Assist in developing tailored solutions that meet client needs by understanding their business challenges and goals Support senior team members in managing existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Assist or perform product demonstrations/evaluations to end user or potential clients. Use CRM tools to track interactions, update client information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning Participate in business development initiatives to identify market trends and new opportunities for growth Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless account management and service delivery Qualifications Strong sales hunter skills with a proactive approach to closing deals Demonstrated interest or experience in business development, B2B sales, or marketing environments Technical qualification or familiarity with selling technical products which require demonstration is a plus Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly High level of attention to detail and accuracy with a well organised, self-motivated outlook. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment Computer & MS Office literate with competent experience in Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint specifically. Driving License. Remuneration $50-$70K per annum basic salary, paid monthly (25th) Performance Related Bonus Scheme 6-month probationary period 20 days paid annual leave, in addition to 11 days paid National holidays 401K retirement plan
