Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Executive to join our team and spearhead growth within designated regions. This energetic professional will drive new business opportunities, nurture existing client relationships, and promote our innovative products and services. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales, a strategic mindset, and exceptional communication skills to thrive in a competitive market. This role offers an exciting chance to make a significant impact by expanding our footprint and delivering outstanding customer solutions across diverse sectors. You will own a defined territory and have exclusive rights to sell all our products within your territory . There will be a Territory License agreement along with a Licensing fee which will depend on the size of your territory . In return you will receive all profits on all our products you sell within your agreed area Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets and expand market presence Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients through proactive outreach, networking, and industry events Conduct engaging product demonstrations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits Manage key accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client requirements, and ensuring satisfaction Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product launches, marketing initiatives, and technical support as needed Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales and account management Excellent communication skills for engaging presentations and client interactions Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos with clarity and confidence Technical sales expertise with knowledge of relevant industry products or services Leadership qualities to influence stakeholders and guide clients through complex decision-making processes Outside sales experience with a focus on building long-term relationships Customer service orientation ensuring client needs are prioritized Analytical skills to assess market trends, customer data, and sales performance metrics Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, for preparing proposals and presentations Experience in Alcohol and Tobacco sales is a plus but not required Strong organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and territories efficiently
