Revenue & Performance Management Customer Experience Requirements 2+ years of sales experience (cabinetry, remodeling, construction, or related industry preferred) Strong understanding of kitchen, bathroom, and closet remodeling projects Proven track record of meeting sales goals Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Ability to read basic layouts, plans, and specifications (preferred) CRM proficiency Valid driver's license
