Highshore Florida, a growing sales and marketing firm, is hiring a Junior Account Executive to represent Frontier throughout the Tampa area. As a Junior Account Executive, you'll work directly with residential customers, introduce Frontier's wireless products and services, and manage customer accounts from the initial sales conversation through enrollment. Track sales activity, customer account updates, and daily performance metrics accurately. Collaborate with fellow Junior Account Executive team members to support customer acquisition, advertising initiatives, and overall sales objectives. Qualifications of the Junior Account Executive High school diploma or GED preferred. Internship or professional experience in sales, advertising, account management, finance, marketing, customer service, or a related field is a plus, but not required. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Interest in developing a long-term career in sales, advertising, or account management. Comfortable working directly with residential customers in face-to-face environments. Organized, coachable, and motivated to grow professionally as a Junior Account Executive. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts. Positive attitude with a professional approach to customer interactions.
