He or she is responsible for self-generating leads through prospecting, networking, sales database management (CRM), and building referral relationships with brokers, banks, and other referral sources. He or she is also responsible for achieving assigned quarterly and annual sales quotas. Sell SaaS-based payrollworkforce management solutions including: HR, paperless onboarding, performance management, time, benefits, payroll, ACA, and labor analytics. Identify, qualify, build, and track partner relationships (Benefit Brokers, CPAs, Banks, HR Consultants, Financial Advisors, etc.) through relationship-based activities within a protected geographic territory. Qualify and upsell current clients through self-generated and company-generated campaigns. Record sales activities, update pipelinepartners in CRM, and complete weekly activity reports. Prepare and attend weekly sales meetings (Mondays) along with quarterly and annual reviews. Emphasize sellable features, quote prices, and prepare sales contracts. Travel to and attend trade shows (approximately one or two per year). Conduct 30/60/90-day follow-ups on clients sold. Maintain the highest level of integrity and strong sense of personal responsibility in all business practices. Take ownership over the sales process and constantly look for ways to improve yourself and Thread. Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years of successful business-to-business sales experience in payroll, HCM, HRIS, Benefits, or HR services (HR experience is a plus) and/or Presidents Club qualification Demonstrated ability attaining and/or exceeding established sales quotas Skilled at prospecting for new clients and developing relationships with new referral sources Demonstrated ability to gain access to decision-makers and follow a successful sales process to close business Exemplary communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation Competitive
