Responsibilities:
Cultivate strong business relationships to drive business development. Follow up on sales leads. Which include calling, emailing, or meeting with contractors. Complete regular site visits of potential or current projects. This includes visits during the installation process to provide guidance/assistance. Cold calling potential new customers and building up business relationships. Quote and sell preventative maintenance agreements. Complete quotes for both equipment repair proposals and Turn Key Projects. Communicate on a regular basis with both inside and outside customers. All other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
5 or more years working in the HVAC industry. 5 years or more working in sales. Must have background using Microsoft 365 Suite.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to communicate clearly and have strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and electronically. Strong listening skills and problem-solving abilities. Team player and willing to help others. Strong work ethic. Ability to work under pressure, adapt, and meet deadlines. Self-motivated and can work independently. The typical salary for this position ranges from $70,000 - $130,000 in IA. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
