We're looking for motivated people who enjoy helping customers, take pride in following through, and want a career where their effort can directly affect their income. You'll have supportive managers who are invested in your growth and a BDC team that helps with incoming leads and appointment setting . You'll have people working alongside you to help you succeed. Automotive experience is welcome, but it isn't required. If you've succeeded in sales, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role, we want to hear from you. What you'll do Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs and budget. Guide them through the sales or leasing process with clear communication and excellent service. Build relationships through in-person conversations, phone calls, texts, and follow-up. Learn our vehicles and work closely with your teammates to reach sales goals. Earn repeat business and referrals by making every customer interaction count. What we're looking for Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people. A proactive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the drive to improve. The ability to stay organized and follow through in a busy environment. Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not a requirement. Compensation and benefits Base salary plus commission, with annual earnings of $60,000-$150,000 based on experience and performance.
