Insurance Account Executive

R&R Insurance is looking for energetic People, eager to learn. Job Description -

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities. Assist the sales team with completing sales, follow-up, quoting, and outbound calls to potential clients who have contacted the agency for a quote. With prospects & clients, be able to have discovery conversations, develop needs, and set appointments. Maintain and grow existing client relationships. Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders. Understand and market the agency's diverse range of insurance products. Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals. Call clients to schedule insurance reviews. Take incoming calls and update client records, cross-sell, and assist with customer service. We service both personal and commercial clients

Job Requirements Background and Skills:

Intelligent, energetic, works well with others in a fast-paced, team environment. People person with communication and organizational skills. Looking for an opportunity for advancement.

Requirements:

Property & Casualty License; Life and Health Preferred (willing to Train) High integrity, strong work ethic, loves to learn, passionate about achieving great results. Must do what is right for the client. Must have a positive attitude! Strong communication and customer service skills. Compensation will be commensurate with prior experience and skill set.
