The team has won Midwest League Championships in 2019 and 2022, was named Ballpark Digest's Best Ballpark in 2022 and 2023 and won the 2022 Golden Bobblehead Award. In addition, Four Winds Field recently underwent a $49 million stadium renovation, making this an exciting time to join the organization. If you're looking to break into professional sports, gain real-world hands-on sales experience, and learn the business from the inside, this is an opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing organization. This is a 10-month intern with a tentative start date of November 9th, concluding at the end of the 2027 baseball season. The Junior Account Executive will be responsible for selling individual and group tickets on a daily basis, while providing an exceptional level of customer service. This position will work closely with the Assistant General Manager of Ticket Sales and assist with the day-to-day operations of the ticket office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Organizing and selling group and package tickets Hit weekly and monthly sales goals Manage various youth programs like our Caresource Camp Day Assist running the Will Call/Ticket Sales windows Supporting game day staff and helping maintain the gold-standard of guest services during events
