Description City Wide Facility Solutions of Central Kentucky | Lexington, KY Are you a relationship-driven sales professional with experience in construction, general contracting, facility improvements, or commercial project sales? City Wide Facility Solutions of Central Kentucky is seeking a motivated CBS Sales Executive to help drive growth for our Complete Building Solutions division. In this role, you'll develop relationships with property owners, facility managers, developers, and business leaders throughout Central Kentucky while identifying opportunities for facility improvement, renovation, and construction projects. You'll serve as the bridge between client needs and City Wide's network of trusted contractors and service partners, helping deliver projects on time, on budget, and with exceptional customer service. What You'll Do Identify and develop new business opportunities for commercial construction, renovation, facility improvement, and capital projects. Build relationships with property managers, building owners, developers, facility directors, and decision-makers throughout Central Kentucky. Conduct site visits to evaluate project opportunities and understand client goals, challenges, and budget requirements. Partner with operations teams, independent contractors, and vendors to develop project scopes, proposals, and pricing. Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, cold outreach, and community involvement. Present project solutions and bids to prospective clients while effectively communicating timelines, costs, and expectations. Manage projects through the sales cycle, from initial consultation through contract execution and project handoff. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurately track opportunities within CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams and contractor partners to ensure client satisfaction and project success. Represent City Wide at chamber events, construction industry associations, BOMA meetings, property management events, and networking groups.
