In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of nonprofit clients—managing relationships, guiding organizations through the grant process, and keeping clients focused and informed at every stage. The ideal candidate builds trust easily with mission-driven leaders and offers honest, grounded perspective when the process gets hard. Responsibilities Own day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of nonprofit clients. Lead monthly client meetings and deliver written pipeline updates. Track grant deadlines and keep clients and internal teams aligned. Prepare quarterly and annual grant reports with strategic recommendations. Maintain accurate client records across grant management platforms. Partner with grant writers and strategists to advance funding opportunities. Qualifications Experience working with or within nonprofit organizations. Ability to build trust with mission-driven leaders who may be new to grant funding. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools; experience with grant management systems (Instrumentl a plus).

Career Growth Base Pay:

$3,000/month for the first 6 months.

Increases:

$500/month increase at each 6-month anniversary, based on successful achievement of responsibilities.

Highest Monthly Base Pay:

$4,000/month.

Quarterly Bonus:

Opportunity to earn quarterly bonus compensation based on team and/or company performance in hitting quarterly goals.
