POSITION
Medical Sales Account Executive Location:
Urbana, Illinois
PAY & INCENTIVES
Entry level candidates with little to no sales experience start at $45,000 base salary plus uncapped commission Experienced sales candidates with established referral relationships may earn up to $50,000 base salary plus uncapped commission depending on related experience Quarterly bonus opportunities Mileage reimbursement provided for approved business travel Company provided cell phone Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
SCHEDULE & TERRITORY
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Full-time salaried field sales position Daily travel throughout an established healthcare territory
Coverage Area:
Urbana, Illinois Danville, Illinois Decatur, Illinois Bloomington, Illinois Additional surrounding communities throughout Central Illinois
LOCATION REQUIREMENT
Candidates should reside within 30 to 35 miles of Urbana, Illinois
VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS
Reliable personal vehicle required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Mileage reimbursement provided for approved territory travel
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Sales experience preferred Medical, physician office, hospital, or DME sales experience strongly preferred New college graduates with strong communication skills and ambition are encouraged to apply

OVERVIEW
This is an established territory sales role focused on developing referral relationships, expanding market share, and helping healthcare providers connect patients with life changing home medical services. Develop and strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare referral sources Educate providers on companies respiratory, wound care, diabetes, and home medical equipment solutions Prospect, present, and secure new referral opportunities throughout the territory Manage an established book of business while identifying opportunities for continued growth Partner with operations and clinical teams to ensure outstanding patient service Track sales activity, referral trends, and pipeline development using company systems Attend in person Sales Academy training

QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Medical, DME, respiratory, hospital, physician office, or healthcare sales experience B2B sales experience Leadership experience in athletics, academics, or previous employment CRM experience preferred New college graduates with strong interpersonal skills and a competitive mindset are encouraged to apply SKILLS Outstanding verbal and written communication Strong relationship building and networking abilities Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills Effective time management and territory planning Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams Professional presentation and customer service skills
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel CRM or sales platform experience preferred Email and electronic communication systems Standard office and mobile technology
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Daily driving throughout the assigned territory Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and attending customer meetings Ability to transport sales materials and presentation equipment
