Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) Job Summary Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnered with a well-established company in the manufacturing space to help them hire a Sales Account Executive. This position will take ownership of established and newly developed customer relationships, with a primary focus on account management, revenue growth, and expanding product opportunities within existing customers. The role is well suited for someone who combines strong relationship-building skills with the organization and commercial judgment needed to manage multiple products, projects, and customer priorities. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of established and newly launched customer accounts. Develop strong relationships with customer contacts while identifying opportunities to expand products and revenue within each account. Create and execute account plans, goals, follow-up activities, and clearly defined next steps. Manage quoting, costing, pricing follow-up, forecasting, and other commercial activities associated with assigned accounts. Coordinate customer projects and product launches involving multiple products, SKUs, timelines, and deliverables. Partner closely with production, sourcing, supply chain, customer service, quality, and other internal teams to meet customer commitments. Identify potential gaps, risks, and growth opportunities within existing accounts and proactively drive them toward resolution. Support targeted new-business development when appropriate, while maintaining a primary focus on account ownership and growth. Qualifications and Must-Haves 3 to 8 years of B2B account management, sales, or related customer-facing experience. Experience managing and growing existing customer relationships rather than relying primarily on outbound prospecting. Background in consumer products, private-label or contract manufacturing, manufacturing sales, product-oriented account management, or industrial distribution is strongly relevant. Experience selling products into retail channels is particularly valuable. Comfortable working with products and SKUs as well as quoting, costing, pricing, and forecasting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, timelines, and customer commitments simultaneously. Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication, and follow-through skills. Commercially minded, proactive, detail-oriented, and receptive to coaching and direction. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Pay Details:
