Job Description

Hybrid Account Executive (Openings in Boxborough, MA & East Hartford, CT) Overview The Account Executive is responsible for driving business growth through client relationship management, prospecting, solution presentations, and consultative sales strategies. This role partners with customers and internal teams to understand needs, deliver value-driven solutions, and support long-term client success. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. Present solutions and services to decision-makers and key stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts. Manage sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer interactions. Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance objectives. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met. Support proposals, client requests, and business development initiatives. Participate in sales meetings, networking events, and industry activities.
