ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in the Quincy office, focused primarily on our Parts & Smarts business. This individual will be responsible for generating and closing opportunities related to fire alarm panel sales, device packages, and EST upgrade projects. The ideal candidate has strong experience working with electrical contractors and building owners, understands the project lifecycle, and excels at managing pipeline and sales activities through a CRM system. This is a customer-facing, revenue-generating role focused on growing our footprint in the Massachusetts market.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Prospect and close private-work Parts & Smarts opportunities Partner with Business Development reps to transition wins into ITM contracts Manage EST 3 to 4 upgrade pipeline Maintain accurate forecasts, CRM hygiene, and weekly activity metrics Serve as primary POC for customer inquiries, pricing, and contract negotiations
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years' direct sales experience in fire‐alarm Parts & Smarts Strong communication skills and experience coordinating with operations Comfortable estimating mid-six-figure upgrade projects
IDEAL QUALITIES
Hunter mindset with a consultative-sales approach Self-starter, highly organized, able to manage multiple project streams Strong network within the local property‐management community Prior experience with structured lead‐conversion processes CRM proficiency (Salesforce or ServiceTrade) Familiarity with Quincy‐area market dynamics The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work of this job and not an exhaustive list of all the responsibilities, duties and skills required.
