Asegurnet is a specialist insurance brokerage dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized service to clients and partners across Latin America since 1980 as we support them in the organization and administration of specialist offshore insurance solutions.
Role Description:
The Account Executive will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and insurance producers, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, renewals, modifications, and other ongoing support. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising and coordinating renewals, proactively identifying client needs, presenting solutions, and completing internal administrative tasks in collaboration with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery of services. A successful candidate will have a multi-year track record of customer service and account management in both Spanish-speaking and English-speaking professional environments. They must be organized, accurate, able to consistently follow detailed procedures, and self-motivated, and hold themselves to the highest standards as they rapidly develop the knowledge necessary to provide consistent, high-quality customer service to stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our administrative office near Frederick, MD. Only bilingual candidates will be considered — English and Spanish writing & speaking proficiency are mandatory. Writing samples and on-site testing will be part of the application process.
Initial Responsibilities:
Learn internal administrative processes and develop product knowledge during onboarding and training period, leveraging written and AV resources as well as 1:1 training. Expected to take notes; ask questions; practice tasks; integrate constructive feedback; and create individual resources towards rapidly gaining competency Communicate with external and internal stakeholders to gather, clarify, and confirm information for account transactions (quotations, renewals, endorsements, etc.) among assigned clients and producers while answering their questions and resolving their concerns Utilize organizational and prioritization tools to ensure high-quality and responsive service for the managed portfolio of clients and producers Complete internal account-related documentation and administration with accuracy and diligence Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with team members, clients, and external partners Required Qualifications Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) and proven professional success in multilingual environments Strong client relationship management skills, including active listening, clear communication, and professional follow-up Organizational and time management skills to dynamically and effectively handle multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities Ability to work collaboratively and dynamically across functional teams including operations, customer service, claims, and finance Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Consistent attention to detail, high standards, and ownership of work quality Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office productivity software Strong basic math skills Knowledge of insurance or financial services products, or willingness to learn

Salary:
$70,000 - $80,000 per year
