Required Qualifications:
three - five years' experience in long-term care and one to two years' experience in marketing/admissions preferred. Established contacts and relationships with hospital and physician customers preferred. Possesses a valid driver's license.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Referral Management & Patient Assessments:
Evaluate patient referrals, ensure clinical and financial eligibility, and coordinate timely admissions.
Relationship Building & Account Development:
Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, and referral sources through in-person visits and consistent communication.
Sales & Marketing Strategy:
Meet census and payer mix goals, maintain a personal 90-day sales plan, and contribute to facility marketing strategies while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
