Role:
As an Account Executive at Spectrum Foods, you'll be responsible for driving sales and delivering outstanding service to our customers in a salary plus commission role. Once established, you'll have the opportunity to transition fully to commission. While a passion for food is a plus, it's not essential. We're looking for someone who is hard-working, personable, and eager to connect with customers. Whether you're new to the food industry or already have experience, you'll find a supportive team ready to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships by accurately reading customer orders and ensuring their needs are met with excellent service. Visit at least 20 customers and prospects daily, logging all interactions into our CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding customer relationships. Foster long-term partnerships with customers to encourage loyalty and success. Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, pricing, and delivery. What We're Looking For:
A team player who enjoys working with others to achieve goals and serve customers. Sales experience, especially in the food service or produce industry, is helpful but not required. We're open to training the right candidate. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with new people every day. Ability to multitask and stay organized while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. A drive to influence clients and build long-lasting relationships that contribute to success for both you and the company. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Minimum Qualification Bachelor's Degree is preferred, however, candidates with lesser educational qualifications who possess relevant experience in the Food Service Industry will also be considered
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds as required.
