This is a relationship-driven sales role where you will step into an existing book of business from day one , giving you immediate income potential — while also building your own pipeline over time.

  • 100K in Year 1 Uncapped commission with strong upside Established brand with consistent deal flow Relationship-focused — not just cold outreach
What You'll Do:
Manage and grow relationships with realtors, lenders, and referral partners Take over and maintain an existing portfolio of active clients Prospect and develop new business within your territory Partner with internal teams to move deals from open to close Stay active in the market through networking, meetings, and events
What They're Looking For:
2+ years of client-facing sales experience Experience in title, mortgage, real estate, insurance, or B2B services preferred Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills Comfortable with both managing accounts AND generating new business
