Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing/positioning Pure Psychiatry of Michigan as a leader in psychiatric and behavioral healthcare through development of long-term relationships with all medical specialties. Develop knowledge of Pure Psychiatry of Michigan's service lines and market knowledge in order to effectively educate and engage healthcare professionals in dialogue about how we can assist their patients in a quick and effective manner. Working with company ownership to create a business plan and local strategy that focuses on account prioritization and account specific strategies. Providing timely market referral updates that focus on territory strengths, weaknesses and account specific opportunities and threats. Update to include the identification of the most effective strategies and areas presenting lead conversion challenges. Employ competent administrative management of work hours, referral call data, market changes, communication responses, synchronization, and expense reporting.Business Development:
Routinely review center specific reports for the purposes of evaluating trends and strategic and tactical development. Generate contacts and sales leads. Maintain relationships with providers, communicating service and development. Achieve and exceed territory goals; drive center performance and ensure patient forecasts meet or exceed expectations.Minimum Requirements:
Behavioral/Mental Health or pharmaceutical sales experience is strongly desired, but not necessary. Bachelor's Degree strongly rec One to two years of full-time, successful B2B/healthcare/medical sales/marketing experience preferred, but not required.Skills and Competencies:
Strong clinical sales ability is a plus, but not required. Demonstrated effective organizational and communication skills. Leadership, self-motivation, dynamic and shows initiative. Demonstrated judgment and decision-making capability. Results oriented with demonstrated time management skills. Demonstrated technical aptitude and computer skills are essential management skills. Ability to learn, analyze, understand and convey complex information. A valid driver's license and safe driving record- will need to drive company car to clinics and referral resources daily. Charismatic personality that is able to handle all personality types that one will run into in each office setting.Preferred Background:
Two or more years interacting with physician offices in a sales capacity. Experience in working with behavioral/mental health or primary care providers is strongly desired. Understanding how challenging it is to find stable mental health care for all ages and all insurance types.Job Type:
