Job Description
Job Summary:
BC Group International is looking to hire an experienced Account Executive to maintain solid relationships and revenue generation primarily in the Central Region of the US covering the biomedical testing industry. The Account Executive's responsibilities include growing the company's revenue and market share with new and existing customers. This position requires 40-60% travel for customer meetings within the region and annual tradeshows.Responsibilities:
Develop and sustain solid relationships with existing and potential customers. Travel to potential customer locations for face-to-face meetings with decision makers. Address and resolve customer inquiries. Communicate and collaborate with the marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure customer needs are met. Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts. Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. Negotiate contracts (if required) with customers and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals. Use electronic and published catalogs to provide product, pricing, and technical information to customers. Quickly gain an understanding of our core customer base, our capabilities, our websites, and brands. Provide verbal and written quotes to customers. Document all verbal and written communication with customers and prospects in CRM. Provide contract review for incoming sales orders prior to submitting to Order Entry. Participate in tradeshows.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree 3-5 Years of sales experience Healthcare Industry sales experience required HTM/Biomedical experience (a strong plus) Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software The ability to build rapport with customers The ability to handle multiple customer accounts Strong negotiation and leadership skills Education /Experience Requirements:
4-year degree in business, marketing, communications, or general studies. Preferred or equivalent experience Technical (hard) skills: Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to utilize Contact Management systems. Attention to details. Technical aptitude Critical (soft) skills: Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing. Ability to write effective letters/business correspondence to prescribed style and format. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
