Role:
The Account Executive supports the execution of experiential marketing programs, retail activations, and shopper marketing campaigns for assigned client accounts. This role partners closely with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external partners to help coordinate deliverables, maintain strong communication, and support successful program execution. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and passionate about experiential marketing and live brand experiences. They thrive in fast-paced environments and are excited to support programs that create meaningful connections between brands and shoppers.
Responsibilities:
Execute assigned programs with excellence, the "RSM Way" Support the day-to-day execution of experiential marketing programs, retail activations, and client initiatives Develop presentations, proposals, marketing materials and recaps and assist with presenting in both internal and external meetings Work collaboratively cross-functionally with account teams and internal shared service departments to deliver results that exceed client expectations Source assets, materials, supplies, and/or media to support programs and events Help facilitate approvals, project updates, and communication between clients and internal teams Work with third party vendors, partners and contractors to secure staffing and services Maintain strong attention to detail while balancing multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment Track and report expenses to ensure account team's fiscal responsibility of program budgets, reviewing program P&Ls for accuracy Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and consistent follow-through Occasional travel is required to oversee program kick-off events, high profile events, and client meetings (20%) Represent both RSM and client partners professionally during meetings, events, and live activations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred 1-3 years of experience in marketing, agency, events, account management, or related field preferred Strong organization, project management, and time management skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while contributing collaboratively within a team environment Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly to shifting project needs Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency in basic technology and ability to quickly learn new platforms and systems High level of professionalism, adaptability, and initiative
