Position Overview Beadsmith is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth across our product portfolio. This role requires a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, retailers, and business partners Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve revenue goals Present and promote Beadsmith products to customers through phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions Manage sales inquiries, prepare quotes, and follow up on opportunities to close sales Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and pipeline updates Collaborate with internal teams including customer service, marketing, and operations to ensure excellent customer experiences Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and new product opportunities Participate in trade shows, customer visits, and sales events as needed Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives Qualifications 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in wholesale, retail, distribution, craft, jewelry, fashion, or related industries Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Proven ability to meet sales goals and manage a sales pipeline Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales technology tools Passion for creativity, jewelry-making, crafts, or specialty products is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary with sales incentive opportunities Opportunity to grow with an established and creative brand Collaborative and supportive work environment Employee product discounts Opportunities to work with a diverse customer base in a creative industry
