Account Executive - Home Infusion $115,000-$135,000 per year + Uncapped Commission + Mileage Reimbursement Already have an established territory and strong provider relationships? Take them to the next level. We're looking for an experienced home infusion sales professional with an existing referral network and a proven track record of growing business. This is an opportunity to join an established and rapidly expanding healthcare organization with a growing focus on Chronic and IVIG home infusion services . As a Specialty Infusion Manager , you'll take ownership of the Edison, NJ market , leveraging your existing relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers to generate referrals, expand accounts, and drive continued growth. You'll work closely with pharmacy, nursing, intake, and operations teams to turn provider relationships into new opportunities while ensuring a seamless experience for patients and referral partners. This is an ideal opportunity for a proven home infusion sales professional who already knows the market, has established relationships, and is ready to make an immediate impact. About the Role As an Specialty Infusion Manager, you'll be responsible for driving business growth by developing referral relationships and expanding your territory. You'll partner closely with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations teams to ensure patients receive a seamless transition to home infusion therapy. Key Responsibilities Develop and grow referral relationships throughout your assigned territory. Generate new business while expanding existing accounts. Promote IVIg home infusion services to healthcare providers. Call on Neurology, Dermatology, Immunology, and Infectious Disease practices. Collaborate with internal clinical and operational teams to ensure an outstanding patient experience. Meet and exceed territory sales objectives. Stay informed on market trends and competitive activity. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years' experience in home infusion sales. Experience calling on Neurology, Dermatology, Immunology, and Infectious Disease providers. Proven track record of sales success. Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
