Position Summary Leads the development and management of client relationships while strategically identifying business opportunities to drive revenue growth and enhance client retention. Major Tasks and Responsibilities Identifie s and capitalizes on new business opportunities to broaden the client portfolio and boost revenue growth Analyzes client goals and challenges to recommend tailored solutions that effectively meet their needs. Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction throughout project lifecycles. Formulates and executes targeted client retention and expansion strategies aimed at fostering long-term, profitable relationships. Leads contract negotiations and closes sales deals to achieve and surpass established performance targets. Creates and presents sales presentations and proposals that align with client objectives and drive interest. Maintains accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and project milestones to inform future strategies. Monitors market dynamics, competitor movements, and industry trends to identify potential growth avenues and adapt strategies accordingly. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field. 5+ years of sales or transportation experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AS400.
