This position is 100% in-office and reports to our facility on-site in Syracuse, NY. Job Summary As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you help generate leads and serve as a first point of contact to potential customers to drive new business. We are looking for a personable and collaborative professional with strong attention to detail, multitasking and relationship building skills. No experience in direct sales is necessary; we will provide you with the training to meet sales goals and make meaningful connections with our customers. You will learn from the industry leading sales team and play an active part in growing the top brand in the alarm monitoring industry. You will be essential in our company's ongoing mission of protecting life and property. Salary Range

$24.00

  • $28.00 per hour, based on experience Hours
    Monday
  • Friday: 8:00am
  • 5:00pm Responsibilities Collaborate as a team with the Account Manager to prospect new business and expand customer base within the territory
    Perform lead generation and input information into company's CRM database in a timely, accurate manner
    Cultivate relationships with potential clients while educating on the company's industry leading brand and service
    Coordinate the management of and response to all customer requests
    Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails, inbound lead follow-up, and appointment scheduling
    Qualify leads into prospects
    Represent company by leading sales presentations to clients
    Schedule sales appointments with qualified leads for Account Manager
    Provide necessary support to other Sales and Marketing team members to keep the sales processes running smoothly
    Maintain client book of business by conducting quarterly business calls to retain high customer satisfaction
    Grow the company by assisting to successfully close deals and earn additional compensation Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Enjoy learning new things and keeping up with advancing technology

Minimum of six (6) months in current role

Proficiency of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to display a sense of urgency
